Mike Glean started playing guitar when he was 11 years old.  Music was an integral part of life growing up in Atlanta, GA.. Mike's mother worked very hard to buy that acoustic guitar, leaving him no choice but to learn new songs, He thinks Mom might have wondered about that purchase, after practicing the same song over  and over and over and over.........

As fatherhood began, Mike was blessed with 4 children, as he slipped into his thirties. He added a construction company and carpentry skills to his busy lifestyle. Yet, Mike never left his love of music.

While raising a family in the North GA. mountains, he has been performing primarily in Helen, GA for 19 years. Mr. Glean also frequents the Fort Myers, FL area, performing for 12 winter seasons thus far. He can be found traveling extensively during the month of August as far as Ontario, Canada., before heading back to Helen, Ga. for Oktoberfest season.
